These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ArzuLingo language-learning application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
ArzuLingo provides interactive language lessons, exercises, games, a leaderboard, and AI-powered features (an AI Buddy chat, a live voice tutor, and voice role-play conversations). The app works without an account; your progress is tied to an anonymous identifier on your device.
ArzuLingo is intended for general audiences. If you are a minor, please use the app with the permission and guidance of a parent or guardian.

Lessons, and content generated by the AI features, are provided for learning purposes. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and translations or exercises may contain errors and may be updated over time. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional advice.
Voice features are optional and require your microphone permission. As described in our Privacy Policy, audio for these features is processed by third-party speech/AI services (Apple and/or Google) in real time to provide the feature and is not stored by us.
The app, its lessons, artwork, mascot, and design are owned by ArzuLingo and protected by applicable laws. You may use them only within the app for personal, non-commercial learning.
ArzuLingo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
